Con una orquesta de 40 músicos y estrellas internacionales del teatro y la pantalla, My Favourite Things: The Rodgers & Hammerstein 80th Anniversary Concert se filmó el 12 de diciembre de 2023 en el recientemente restaurado Theatre Royal Drury Lane de Londres, el mismo lugar donde se estrenaron las produciones originales  de Oklahoma!, Carousel, South Pacific y The King and I de Rodgers & Hammerstein.

Dirigida y puesta en escena por el director y coreógrafo ganador del premio Tony Christopher Gattelli (The King and I, South Pacific de Broadway), la celebración de la asociación histórica de Richard Rodgers y Oscar Hammerstein II presenta arreglos originales de las canciones más emblemáticas de Oklahoma!, Carousel, South Pacific, The King and I, Cinderella y The Sound Of Music, así como tesoros queridos de Allegro, Flower Drum Song, Pipe Dream y State Fair.

Con un elenco repleto de estrellas que incluye a Joanna Ampil, Michael Ball, Maria Friedman, Daniel Dae Kim, Audra McDonald, Julian Ovenden, Lucy St. Louis, Aaron Tveit, Marisha Wallace y Patrick Wilson, con apariciones especiales de Andrew Lloyd Webber y Rita Moreno de EGOT, el evento histórico estuvo acompañado por la Orquesta de Conciertos Rodgers & Hammerstein de 40 músicos, dirigida por Simon Lee. pass: manchon1961
