125 Greatest Female Solo Singers

 

Otro gran compilado con importantes artistas femeninas que en su momento lideraron las listas. Los temas son en su mayoría muy conocidos del público en general que en la década de los '60 y '70 solía escuchar música en la radio (claro, casi no había otra manera de escuchar música, y la era de los cassettes, cd's y posteriores pendrives y memorias estaba lejano). Interpretaciones muy solventes y profesionales con temas remasterizados que suenan excelentes. Sin embargo, no es para quien guste del rock, pues hay muchos temas románticos y en estilos más bien soul y R&B. Lo que me llamó la atención al escucharlo es la notoria diferencia entre las cantantes de color y las cantantes blancas, pues los estilos cambian del cielo a la tierra. Las primeras son de un clásico soul, R&B y las segundas son más pop con tintes beat o sunshine pop. Igualmente la diferencia de estilos hace más grato escuchar, pues caso contrario sería una grabación muy monótona. pass: manchon1961
